Atlas Copco´s latest addition to its medium breaker range, the MB 750, is designed to reduce lifecycle costs and offer up to 54 percent more percussive performance than predecessors models.

More percussive power means that the MB 750 allows the use of a smaller breaker and carrier for the same kind of job. This helps to lower the investment cost and reduce fuel consumption. These factors, combined with increased productivity, are the main contributions to its reduced lifecycle cost, Atlas Copco says.

Also new on the MB 750 are extra long retainer bars that provide a maximum contact surface to the tool and the lower hammer. They can be used on both sides for extended service life.

Noise and vibration damping keeps the guaranteed sound power level down to 118 dB (A) (Directive 2000/14/EC).

The MB 750 is optionally available with DustProtector TM II, a two-stage wiper system that reduces the penetration of abrasive dust into the breaker.
