Digger

It was my partners birthday recently and in a tongue in cheek gesture my mother in law decided to have a cake made in the shape of a digger.

Not that my other half gets overly excited about the "yellow iron" but just due to the fact that we tend to spend a lot of our spare time travelling around the country and indeed around the world checking out jobsites and manufacturers latest models.

I was asked to supply a photo that local cake maker Diane Slee could use as a template for the design. The photo I selected was one of a Caterpillar 302.5C taken during our recent visit to Cat's Desford facility in Leicester.

The end result I think you will agree is excellent and all credit to Diane's skill as a cake maker/decorator.
